Q.How to fill the Approval Forms online?

Ans.To fill approval form online, every college have to login using their college name and password provided by DYDE,Mahadnyaan Team or password if college have changed itself. After logging, in left side bar there is a block for "Online Approval" in that click on "Click here for Approval Forms".
It will open the page where all Prapatra given in the menu bar. Choose the prapatra which want to fill up and add the data. Follow the instruction,Before fill all the details. And the necessary scan images required for online approval process list is given below.

Q. What is the font you have used in your web pages in online approval forms?
Ans.All the online documents for approval forms are using UNICODE standard for MARATHI .All Colleges have to use only Unicode standard Marathi Font (freely available on several government sites, such as tdil.gov.in for approval process.e.g. http://tdil.mit.gov.in/download/Gargi.htm

Q. How to fill section div & no of student on prapatra 1?
Ans. To fill section div & no of student on prapatra 1 you can use the same method as you fill datails in manual approval proform1 as "div/no.of.students" e.g 2/100.

Q.How to fill extra subjects in praptra 2 & 3?
Ans. The additional subjects in Prapatra 2 & 3 can not be added by the college user. Only the mahadnyaan team can add it.Colleges have to send the list of subject name if that subject are not in the list of subject given in prapatra 2 & 3 via email at mahadnyaan@gmail.com.

Q.How can i get it modified data once submitted?

Ans.The data, once submitted, can not be modified without mahadnyaan team permitting so. At least currently this is the system. Hence all the users have to make sure that before they click on submit button all the necessary data is checked as correct. If there is any change to be made use the "change" or "Delete" button.Make the changes. Follow all the instruction given on the site about how to fill approval Forms.

Q.Which Password do i have to use to fill up online approval forms?
Ans. All the colleges have to use the same username i/e college name and password given to them for the online admission time. Please read the instruction given in the 'FAQ for Approval'.
